What a pleasure it was to have among us for the second time the Camp Zeitouna team! The Zeitouna team visited Al Salam school between June 15-19 and involved over 30 mentors from around the world including : Ireland, England, Brazil and the United States.
The following activities and workshops were created for our school children during their visit :
- ART MURAL PAINTING on the school walls led by acclaimed artists
- PINHOLE PHOTOGRAPHY led by a team of international photographers
- CALLIGRAPHY ART, QUILT MAKING, CRAFTS by artists & architects
- WRITING/JOURNALING by internationally renowned bloggers and writers
- STORYTELLING by internationally renowned game inventors
- SOCCER workshops lead by our Zeitouna Soccer coach for boys and girls of all ages
- BOXERCISE non-contact workshop by international athletes
- BASKETBALL FOR GIRLS by an American team of coaches
- MUSIC therapy workshops by international musicians and songwriters
