The economic crisis and earthquake have lead to soaring inflation. Rent costs have skyrocketed, now being 10 times higher than before. What used to be 700 Turkish liras is now 15,000 liras. To put this into perspective, the minimum wage in Turkey is around 13,000 liras. Staff salaries have had to adjust significantly. Unfortunately, we are struggling to meet these salary needs with our current budget.
